Driving Directions

St. John Fisher College is located six miles southeast of Rochester, NY, in the suburb of Pittsford.

The New York State Thruway runs south of the city. The easiest approach is from Thruway Exit 45, which is marked "Rochester-490."

From that point, take I-490 for about 10 minutes to Exit 25, Fairport Road/NY 31F.

Turn left onto Route 31F going west and proceed to the main entrance of campus.

The main entrance of the College is one-half mile from I-490, at a traffic light where Fairport Road meets East Avenue (Route 96).

St. John Fisher College is about a 15 minute drive from the Rochester International Airport.

The room charge is $129.00 per night.  Rooms are available with a single King bed or 2 Doubles.  To make reservations and receive the conference rate, attendees must call the reservation line at 1-866-237-5979.  Do not use any other posted telephone number, or you may not get the conference rate.  You should ask for the Courtyard by Marriott East/Penfield and tell the agent that you are attending the EmComm East Convention.  

All reservations should be made by August 29th, 2008 or the rooms not reserved will be released.  Rooms are available for 19th, 20th, and 21st depending on your travel plans.  You are responsible for all charges associated with the reservation of these rooms.  It is a smoke free hotel.
