Drilling Directed Net Protocol Made Fun PDF Print E-mail
Good practise in directed net protocol requires the need for communication. Generating a need for contact between stations which:
  1. is scalable to the number of participants,
  2. requires minimal prearrangements, and
  3. is fun

can be challenging. One method to liven up your ARES net and get some good practise in essential communication skills will be presented and demonstrated.

Greg Michels, KC2GXV holds a General Class ticket and was first licensed in September 2000. He is currently an Assistant Emergency Coordinator with Monroe County ARES and concentrates on training activities. He enjoys operating in several public service activities coordinated by the Rochester Amateur Radio Association.
