Seating is limited, and pre-registration is required.  Registration for EmComm East is $30.00 per person, payable by via PayPal, check, or money order.  Make money orders payable to Monroe County ARES.   

Your $30 registration fee includes attendance at the keynote address and conference sessions, admittance to the vendor area, continental breakfast (bagels & coffee) and lunch.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing, either via e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or by postal mail.  

Cancellation requests received by the Conference Committee on or before September 1, 2008 will receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests received after September 1, 2008 will not receive a refund.  Exceptions to this policy will not be made for any reason.
