We strongly ecourage attendees to pre-register for the conference. Registration for EmComm East is payable by via PayPal, check, or money order.  Make money orders payable to Monroe County ARES, Inc.

Registration Cost

  • Early Bird Registration (on or before September 10): $35
  • Late Registration (after September 10): $40

Your registration fee includes attendance at the keynote address and conference sessions, continental breakfast (bagels & coffee) and lunch.

Pre-registration for EmComm East is not confirmed until we receive payment.  Please contact us at registration@emcommeast.org for questions about registration.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing, either via e-mail (registration@emcommeast.org) or by postal mail.

Cancellation requests received by the Conference Committee on or before August 25, 2012 will receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests received after August 25, 2012 will not receive a refund.  Exceptions to this policy will not be made for any reason.

You may transfer your registration to another person at any time.  Please contact us at registration@emcommeast.org to transfer your registration
